Warranty With our guarantee, all goods purchased at Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing and material defects, which affect the good’s functioning or diminish its quality.
The warranty includes the free repair of all defects covered by the warranty during the warranty period. If the product cannot be repaired, Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH will replace it with an equivalent product.
The replaced defective merchandise or replaced parts become the property of Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH. Materials, working time and transport costs on approved warranty claims are covered by the Musikhaus Kirstein GmbH. Warranty Period The guarantee starts with the purchase of the goods, beginning with the invoice date. The warranty ends after an uninterrupted period of three years. Apart from that, the warranty period ends with a (partial) refund of the purchase price. Warranty services do not extend the warranty period.
