Yamaha PSR 240 Keyboard (keyboard stand included). It has the power adaptor with it and can also be powered by D batteries (there are some batteries currently in the keyboard and should still have plenty of life left in them as they were replaced not too long ago).

It does come with the keyboard stand but unfortunately I’m not sure where the sheet music rest went that slots into the top of the keyboard.
