Stunning Lowrey Stardust Organ And Matching Bench. In mahogany finish.
Im sadly offering my wonderful Lowrey Stardust for sale, as I am moving house and just cant take it with me.
It is a common misconception that Lowrey organs are only for beginners and not serious players, but the truth is they are great for both.
For me, it is the combination of voices and the way they interact together, coupled with great rhythm styles which can be as automatic or manual as you like, which make this the best organ I have ever owned, and Ive had a few!
Mellow powerful sound quality ideal for the home, as quiet or as loud as you want but never harsh like some organs. Sit at the luxurious padded bench, switch the organ on and marvel at an experience like no other, from the beautifully lit console, illuminated pedals, soft old school hum from the speakers and feel the quality as you begin to play.
This Lowrey is in great condition, it has the odd knock and mark but nothing major. This is a full console Lowrey and as such will not fit through a standard UK interior doorway. However, it has been split and can therefore be taken through most narrow entrances. However this is not an easy process, no multiplugs here! Splitting involves disconnecting a lot of wires from the power supply and amplifiers. But Ive done it a few times and its not impossible, you just have to take your time. The process of splitting does mean the top of the organ is slightly loose if you try to move it as one whole unit, but this doesnt cause any issues in use.
The organ functions perfectly and is fitted with a USB drive rather than the standard disk drive. I will include a USB drive with some registrations. There is also a user manual with the organ. All keys and pedals function perfectly.
Due to the size and nature of the bass pedals they can be a knocked off true a little when moving the organ but as you can see in the photo they are straight now and in great condition.
