Bechstein Piano, model 10. Model number 80162, manufactured by C Bechstein c1907. This is an upright, straight strung piano, in near perfect condition, internally and externally, with an even tone and touch. Fully restored by a professional piano restoration firm. It has been restrung & repinned and the Action/Keyboard/Damper assembly has been refurbished. The cabinet is in rosewood, no damage showing, finished in French polish.This straight strung Bechstein model 10, is by many regarded as one of the best sounding uprights, with an exquisite sweet mellow tone.This is a privately owned piano, regularly tuned and played.
