Its been the same place for 30 years, and I really wont miss it!
Great condition, no damage I could see
The keys are a bit sticky though, needs playing! No idea when it was last tuned either, and I dont know if its out of tune.
Open to sensible offers, I can help load, but I guess if you are buying a piano you know what you are doing!
