Here is an opportunity to own a piece of history! The legendary RD-700 Stage Piano. As a very reluctant sale, this item, which I purchased from new, is in absolute mint condition, and perfect working order. Each key plays just as designed – in beautifully weighted, velocity sensitive hammer action design, with some of the purest industry leading sounds: –
Concert Grand and Upright Pianos are ridiculously authentic. The Fender Rhodes, Suitcase and Wurlitzer electric piano samples are lush, coupled with authentic Hammond Organ Samples, it really is an instrument of dynamic and versatile capability. There is a healthy helping of Acoustic and Electric Bass sounds for the most serious of musician, right through to beautiful Strings, to 80s Synth and Brass samples, allowing the player to add layers of sound by way of splitting the keyboard in Four ways to any desired configuration.
For control, the One Touch Piano button ensures you hit the Roland default Stage Grand, and, with the large LCD display, reverb/chorus and nuanced control system, you can craft an infinite Piano sound to suit any purist.
I have installed the Roland RDX-7 Ultimate Keys Expansion Board, which make this sale even more versatile, more than doubling the onboard sounds. The factory made Damper pedal, also included, is in perfect condition and working order. Also included is a Roland dust cover when the instrument is not in use.
This instrument would ideally suit the more intermediate to advanced musician, as it is a professional Stage Piano, so I am steering this sale to that bracket, however, I encourage any aspiring pianist to consider this beautiful instrument.
Into the price, I am including a professional flight case. This was manufactured by Freestyle Music Ltd, and is a sturdy and secure product – something I sourced when purchasing the RD-700 to protect the Piano in transit. I have used this RD for some gigs, but, as said it has been under my careful wing and is truly in mint condition. If you are interested, I welcome you view so a demonstration can be arranged, and so you can play it before you buy. Sennheiser headphones are provided for this purpose to appreciate the sheer purity of the onboard tones.
