Antique Harmonium. A handsome piece, but not currently working – one of the foot pumps needs attention, and I think we found that one of the keys on the keyboard was sticky.  It does give a lovely classic harmonium sound even with just the one pedal and we had fun playing with the stops.

The carcass is scuffed and worn but the wood has a nice (mahogany) colour.

This was bought as a project for my husband, but it looks like he’s not going to get around to it until he retires, in 15 years or so. We really need the space.  It is a decorative object in its own right – check out Pinterest ‘harmonium upcycle’ for ideas on repurposing.

Sold as seen, buyer to collect from Gainsborough.
