Items arecleaned prior to listing where required, and any electricals are PAT tested,(portable appliance testing), and details logged as required, some steppedpower plugs do not require testing due to their low voltage. The PAT test willconfirm the item is in a good, safe order at the time of the test. Cookerscannot be PAT tested, due to the nature of the cable, and we recommend buyersensure a qualified electrician installs the item after purchase, they aretested by us prior to disconnection unless we specify untested.
Fridges,Freezers and Washing Machines are tested prior to listing, which includesensuring ice forms where required, items cool, and washing/spin cycles aretested.
ReturnsPolicy
Returnsare accepted under the ebay rules and Kent Re-Users own policy, the buyerremains responsible for any costs incurred in returning the item unless faultyor damaged in transit. If collected or delivered, please ensure you are happywith the item prior to either leaving with the item, or accepting it. We do notprovide discounts or refunds without returning items.
Itemspurchased via auction may be returned within 14 days of the item beingcollected or delivered. Items purchased via buy it now may be returned within30 days of the item being received. A full refund (including any postage costs,where applicable) will be offered providing the item is returned in the samecondition as purchased, including any packaging, boxes, manuals, keys, powerleads or any other item associated with the item in question shown or detailedin the listing. DeliveryCosts
If theitem has Royal Mail or Courier delivery charges quoted, this will takeprecedence over our own delivery charges. If the item is too large to post viaRoyal Mail, or courier, we do offer delivery as follows.

Any tollswill need to be added to the delivery charge. A surcharge of 20.00 is payablefor purchases that require our courier delivery within the London area due tothe time it takes to get in and out of the London area.
Deliverycharges are per delivery not per item, many of our regular customers willpurchase several items over a period and arrange one delivery. If you wouldlike to purchase more than one item, please ensure a message is sent to usadvising that you are still shopping, in order that a note can be placed onitems already purchased.
Pleasemessage us for an exact delivery costing providing your full postcode.Deliveries are only made during working hours at a mutually convenientdate/time. Please note some long distance destinations may require an overnightaccommodation charge, where health and safety would require a sleep break.
We arealso happy for customers to arrange their own courier to collect, please ensureour contact details are passed onto the courier to enable collection to bearranged. Most courier companies will only accept an item if it is boxed orpackaged, unless a private man & van courier, please contact us first toensure the item in question can be packaged. We are unable to accept anyliability for items damaged or lost once collected by a courier arranged by thepurchaser.
Itemssent via Royal Mail or Hermes/UK Mail will be packaged to the best of ourability using bubble wrap/plastic covering/padded envelopes where appropriate.Liability for loss in transit cannot be accepted unless written notification (email/messageis sufficient), is received within 7 days of despatch. All items are despatchedwithin 3 working days or sooner of the item ending or payment being received.Please notify us of any damage in transit within 48 hours of receipt.
TheGeneral Managers decision with regard to providing refunds is final and everyeffort will be made to ensure customer satisfaction within the aboveparameters.
Collections
Collectionsfor successful bidders are available Monday and Thursday 9:00am 16.30pmexcluding Bank Holidays, which is a Tuesday after the Bank Holiday. We aim toarrange collections around deliveries and house/office clearances, which weundertake on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays. We will try to be asflexible as possible, but cannot arrange collections on Sundays or BankHolidays, and are unable to arrange evening collections. If you wish tocollect on one of our days allocated for clearances/deliveries, please contactus and we can arrange a collection at a specific time during the day wherepossible.
Please refrain from purchasingitems and then messaging to advise you can only collect on an evening or aSunday. We willtry to be as flexible as possible but unfortunately, it is not cost effectiveto open the office outside of working hours when the cost will far outweigh thevalue of the item purchased. It is always best to contact us prior to purchaseif you are unable to collect during our working hours.
All itemsmust be collected within twoweeks of purchase, unless a later date has been agreed by Management prior topurchase. We are not a storagefacility.
