Antique pedal organ by the Bell Organ and Piano Co, Guelph Canada
When the pedals are pressed, the organ does make a sound, however I am not an organ player, so i do not know if all of the stops work. The keyboard can clearly be seen to be uneven and in need of restoration (see photo). I am therefore selling as a non-working item.
On the left hand side is written: Bell Organ & Piano Co. Ltd.and on the left: Guelph Canada. There is also a painted stamp saying that it was renovated by R.F. Stevens Ltd, organ works, est 1853.
It is approximately 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall.It has a lovely beveled mirror, carved wood and hand painted organ pipes.
