Lovely Art Deco Eavestaff Pianette Mini Piano with matching stool In black and chrome looking for a new home. Its unusual to find both the piano and matching stool together. I love this piano and have owned it for 10 years. During this time Ive had it tuned and retuned, now 3 strings have gone, but apart from these keys the rest of the piano is playable. It has a light bright tone, quirks of the vintage item are that the keys are different weights and the foot pedals dont work. Please see video link below of me playing the piano. It was originally purchased from Harvey Nichols in Bournemouth and has a delivery label : see photograph.The piano has a metal frame, please see photo also showing the new strings I have had replaced and the 3 removed strings, saved for restoration as a piano tuner will send these to a string maker.I have also repainted and varnished the black paint, but now there are several chips and flaws. I also recovered the piano stool seat in leather and treated both the piano and stool for woodworm as shown in a photo.There is also a back to cover the piano and this needs new fabric, it is currently uncovered.Piano measurements: 51 inches long x 16.25 inches deep x 33.5 inches wide.The piano is sold as seen in need of further restoration as to be expected from a vintage item.Buyer to collect. Additional : I have details of a company who will move it, the company I used to move it here. I also have details of a Dorset based piano tuner who has worked on the piano and can quote for any work.
