Offered is this beautiful Vincenc Ceser Austrian Grand Piano.
I have ended my previous listing as I have now had the Piano Tuned. I have learnt some information from the tuner. He has Valued it between 2 – 3K? He was very impressed with it.
He also said that it is a very rare piece dating 100 – 120 years old and he loves the workings on it – very unusual!
Capo bar is of a Bossendorfer type which is very high end easy to maintain. He said that the body work is brilliant however he did say that he has never seen this make or model in his life? but that it plays very well for its age.
This was acquired by me many years ago and has sat in a spare room, unused since then. Have moved it from my home to my office store where we have very good access for collection.
It has a date of 1892 beneath the lid and has two pedals. Lovely engraved Gilt decoration. A few marks courtesy of my young growing family to the veneer finish but nothing nasty.
I believe the stool is slightly later but will include this with the sale.
