Baby Gran Piano Challen. Condition is Used. Collection in person only.
This lovely Challen overstrung baby grand piano hasa wonderful tone, a big sound and plays well. It is cross strung to give thesmall piano the maximum in string length which gives it resonant and rich soundthat is unexpected from such a small sized piano. I have loved owning it forthe last 25 years, however we are moving to a new house and sadly we do nothave the same space available, so this lovely instrument is looking for a newhome. Price does not include delivery. It is from the 1930’s or40’s and is in its original condition, not having been refurbished or renovatedwhich means that on the casing and on sides there is some wear, scratching andsome splits in the wood, this isnt too noticeable (original patina). I am thesecond owner of the piano. Pricedoes not include delivery and I would suggest getting a specialist piano moverto uplift it.
