Baby grand piano by top London shop Jaques Samuel’s own brand – S.Ritter. Approximately 7 years old and regularly tuned and regulated. Cost 6499 new and looks as good today as it did then.
The piano is approximately 145cm long. We specifically chose this piano for its ability to fit into small central London lifts – it will fit in all but the tiniest of elevator.
Piano has a great tone and responsive action. Owned by professional pianist who demands the best so it has been regularly tuned and regulated. Was last tuned in July so is due another tune due to change in temperature and humidity.
Perfect for any level of pianist, or a beautiful addition to any home with its stylish rosewood finish. Only selling as we are moving to a ground floor property and I have bought a concert grand…
As the piano is fairly new you won’t suffer with any of the problems you might experience buying an older piano e.g. loose pins, worn out hammers/ bushes etc. Aside from regular tuning and regulation this piano will be a solid instrument for many years. The piano has had relatively little use as I mostly practise on a digital piano, the hammers aren’t even grooved yet.
You may notice the piano is located next to a window, however these are triple glazed with thermal curtains and the piano has never been exposed to direct sunlight.
