Triumph Autopiano

Very small Baby Grand, was made I believe for a ship
About 49″ square and is a 6 octave keyboard
It comes with over 100 paper rolls which the previous owner informed me are also used on a more regular size pianola but also work on this. (at less than 4 each, it’s worth buying this just for these!!)
Currently this works as a piano only – this is due to much of the tubing becoming perished and now needing replacing – and this is why the item is for sale – bought as a project, I realise it is at the bottom of the list of my husband’s many projects and my hope of it being up and running again is fading into the distance, so the space could well be used more efficiently.
Basic things I can tell you about it – it’s heavy, it’s been re varnished at some point – looks reasonably tidy, but if you were going to spend time getting it back into tip top condition, I would suggest doing the woodwork again. All the notes work, but are going more out of tune the longer it sits here.

Over 100 piano rolls, classical things as well as things like Sound of Music etc.
I know very little about pianos – if you have any questions please ask, I will do my best to answer them, but work on the principle that I know nothing and make it clear what I should be looking at to answer your question. I can offer no guarantees about the condition of this item, so it is being sold as an item that requires restoration.
Really we would like the buyer to turn up with suitable help and take it away – but we maybe able to help if needed and have a trailer if it was not travelling too far.
