Stunning overstrung underdamped ‘Welmar’ (English made) upright console piano.Welmar are considered to be one of the Best of British piano manufacturers especially during the period this instrument was produced.
This elegant piano has a lovely solid oak finish with some minor signs of wear and tear to be expected. The light wood finish makes it very much of a rarity in this brand!
This piano has a lovely rich tone. The hammers, action, straps, strings, dampers etc are in excellent playing condition.
This piano really does look the piece and will not look out of place in any room of any home. There is no compromise on sound quality either as it plays well all along the full size keyboard.
Both pedals and all the keys work as they should (nice and bright white with no chips)
