For many years this was the property of a piano teacher and my mother bought it with the house. I then bought it from her. I now need the room and it’s not been played for years.
Overall the case is in very good condition with a couple of water stains but very solid veneer. The keys are unmarked and it plays well although it’s now a little out of tune – too near a north east wall and a radiator but it held its tune for at least two years.
The soundboard is excellent and the tone lovely – it is very loud with the lid up.
The music stand has a bit of veneer missing about an inch long and a quarter of an inch high.
Overall a very nice instrument with a very reasonable reserve.It’s situated on the ground floor with access almost to the door but I would always suggest using professional piano movers.
