Wonderful Antique grand piano ,Built with  a level  of craftmanship and materials  unknown today .Still has its incredible sound and is beautiful to play but needs regulation or if possible restoration if you want the piano as it was when new .The case is damaged as shown in the photos (photo 4) ,some ( two) wire strings are missing( on trichords in the upper middle register )  ,a hammer is broken in the bass , some keys respond  unreliably and the action needs regulation  because of  noise and the above faults .The action I think is called a Bluthner  Patent type ,It is light and very fast to play .The piano is approx. 6 foot and 3 inches  and very heavy   .It is an incredible piano to play ,very rich full sound and a magnificent bass ,This is collection only from a ground floor with some steps ,private off road parking .If you are local feel free to come and play this piano .Please note the heater on the wall has never been on near  the Bluthner  !.Recent tuning ,the piano is at modern concert pitch  A at 440  .The legs ,pedal lyre and music desk are probably not the original but changed during the life of the instrument .
