Couriers, We use a host of couriers, sometimescouriers do damage items, Therefore please sign your items as unchecked and ifthere is what looks to be damage to the packaging on delivery please refuse totake delivery and let us know, It is so hard to claim if you have signed for apackage without signing unchecked, if you do only sign your name. youopen the package and find damage then there is nothing we can do to help as youexcepted the package and we will not be able to refund.
