What Condition Are The Strings In? As all ofour itemsare donated these instruments will not have new strings. Stringswill naturallywear over time, we would always recommend replacing the stringson instrumentsto get the best tone and feel depending on yourpersonal preference.
What Is The Condition Of The Item? All ofour itemsare donated to us and are therefore second hand in most cases. Withthis inmind, we always recommend having the item serviced prior to use as we donot havethe facilities to do this in store. Any faultsare describedin the listing condition and we also aim to take pictures ofour itemsfrom various angles, so that our customers can inspect thecosmetic condition.
AreCables And Accessories Included? Please seeour images for all components included – we will not usuallyinclude standardinstrument cables unless specific, uncommon cables are requiredfor operation. Any accessories such as bags and cases will be highlighted in the listing.
Can You Provide Extra Images Of The Item? Once our items are listed on eBay they are placed in storage to keep them safe until auction end. This means that we are unable to take extra images if requested.

Do You Combine Invoices? All multiple invoices are automatically combined the following working day after auction end. Please note, we only combine items based on weight and size and it isnt always possible to combine larger items into 1 box.

Payment We ask that payment is made within 12 days of the auction ending via PayPal.
Delivery We will despatch items within 2 working days of receiving payment via the shipping method outlined on your invoice. Once your item is marked as dispatched it can take up to 2 working days for your tracking to update on eBay. If we think your item requires additional tracking, we may upgrade the service for you. Returns and Refunds We accept all returns within 60 days of purchase.Please contact us for help, or open a return via the eBay returns centre if you would like to return your item. In the rare event that an item is damaged in transit the process couldnt be simpler .If possible, send us a photo of the item in the received condition and we will contact your to resolve the issue. Alternatively, please return the item using our freepost service and we will credit your PayPal account within 2-3 working day of receiving the returned item. Once an item is received at our office, a refund will be processed via PayPal to the original account used, within 2 working days.
