The WK-3700 has to be one of Casio’s all-time best keyboards, IMO. The ZPI chip produces extremely good sounds across the range of keyboard types, including drawbar organs. It was an upgrade to the WK-3500, both models having line-outs and modulation wheel, but the WK-3700 also includes extra sounds and other enhancements. Having 5-pin MIDI in and out makes it extremely versatile for use as a controller as well as a sound generator. In addition there’s a SmartMedia card slot for loading and backing up sounds (plus a floppy disk drive that I have never used, but assume still works!). I think the key action is superior to some more recent synths from Korg and Roland. Also features some fairly powerful built-in speakers. Although in used condition with some visible scuffs and marks, it is in great overall shape for its age.
