We reluctantly need to part with this lovely London built baby grand piano as we no longer have the space for it.
It has been lovingly looked after and played most days for about 50 years.It was last professionally tuned two years ago and it has been located away from strong sunlight, and as can be seen in the photographs, the wood has a lovely gloss finish and the keys are in clean condition. There are some marks on the wood in front of the keys resulting from regular use, a small mark in the varnished top – please see the photos.
The approximate dimensions are:- W 142cm x H 97cm x D 128cm or W 56in x H 38in x D 51in.
Naturally, prospective buyers are welcome to come to the house in Redcar to try it out. We also have a German Bluthner Baby Grand for sale on a separate listing, so you would be welcome to try both instruments. Out of the two, this piano has a shorter case and a lighter action.
The buyer will need to arrange collection. There are several national companies online that offer a bespoke piano removals service that buyers could use. It is located on the ground floor and relatively straightforward to get out of the house.
