This is a Monington & Weston – Overstrung and under damped Piano Including Local Delivery (South Devon)
The case is Mahogany, in extremely good origianl condition having been in the same house for very many years.
This is their quality cottage model, very likely used and in remarkably good condition. Monington & Weston were extremely well built, including their trademark double Iron frame (See the Second frame on the back of the piano)
It has a fantastic clear tone and perfectly capable of getting someone through their piano grades.
This is a good example of one of the best quality English made pianos.
It has just been serviced, regulated and voiced and tuned to concert Pitch (A440) and suitable for a beginner or good pianist alike.
