DAlmaine 3/4 Vintage (possibly 1800s?) Upright Piano – 88 keys, 2 pedals.
Needs tuning – Im tone deaf and I cant tell its not in tune.
Has one sticky key.
Various marks, as per pics, as would expect with a model of this age.
Ive tried googling DAlmaine and it seems to be an old make, possibly dating back to the mid-late 1800s. Cant seem to find out much about them, which might mean they are collectible (or were so bad they went bust after making a few, I guess!)
Dont know much more about it – it was picked up at an auction and we were were given it as a present for daughter to learn on. Turns out she prefers guitar!
So, while none of us can play it, its been sitting there looking all lovely but of little use. Pedals seem to work (not exactly sure what they are supposed to do) and keys (other than the one) all spring back up and make sounds.
It has wheels, but buyer would need to be strong/couple of strong people to load onto anything as it weighs a LOT!
