Having been closed for many weeks we have now re-opened with safety measures in place. Viewings are by appointment only as always, and with all available pianos carefully cleaned before and after all viewings (as we did for several weeks before lockdown).
We will also ask all visitors to wear face coverings and to use hand cleaner before entering the showroom and will be observing strict social distancing procedures. We have disposable gloves available also.
Deliveries are carefully planned in advance to minimise contact, with pianos cleaned before and after delivery and all precautions taken. We are also happy to offer video demos of pianos or video calls to see all of our available pianos. Just give Matt a call on 07813307036 for any more info.

Danor / Samick S1 108 Modern Upright Piano c 1990
This is a lovely looking good quality piano made c1990 in South Korea by Samick – the largest instrument maker in the world, with an excellent reputation. This piano is suitable for beginners to advanced players and it has very little use thus far. Price includes delivery within 50 miles, matching stool and 2 year warranty. Card payments accepted.

Tone and tuning
Very pleasant tone that is rich and bright, with good even tone throughout the registers – it is very satisfying to play. Good expressive dynamic range for a fairly small piano.Tuned to concert pitch prior to delivery(A=440).
Keyboard and action
The full compass 88 note keyboard is in excellent condition and the action has been regulated to play perfectly smoothly across the whole keyboard with a medium weight action. Perfect for beginners or more advanced pianists.
Hammers and strings
Not very much wear at all in the hammers (see pictures) – it has certainly not been played heavily. The strings look brand new.
Sound board
Excellent as new condition.
Case
Beautiful dark red mahogany with high gloss finish. In very good condition throughout – looks stunning and would suit pretty much any home or decor. There are some small marks consistent with age, noticeable close up only.
Dimensions
108cm tall, 55 deep, 143 wide. A fairly small sized upright.
