Relisted – please ignore positive feedback given to me for this item. That sale was cancelled due to issues with the buyer’s location & ebay won’t remove the feedback even though it’s meaningless. The synth is still boxed up on my lounge floor!
Here’s a relatively rare PE Edition of the Mono Evolver, I have a feeling it wasn’t long after these were issued that they stopped producing the Evolver altogether.
At one point you could buy a kit to fit the upgrade yourself (there was some punter discontent about the knob design of the original version), presumably ‘they’ then decided to upgrade some remaining Evolvers before discontinuing them…(Correct me if I’m wrong.)
Four oscillators and huge potential for mangling any sounds you can dream up – I used this on some recordings, and it can definitely produce some impressive racket if you put your mind to it…I’m not sure it’s suited to the production of ‘new age’ music though, if that’s your bag.
Anyway, this is in generally nice shape, very little wear or cosmetic damage. Everything’s present: box, lead, manual etc.
