i bought this piano a few years ago with the idea to renovate it for use in our home, however i have to admit that i am never going to have the time to finish it and no longer have the room to store it
It is a Eavestaff mini piano, an iconic piano from the early 20th century and a truly beautiful thing. When fully restored these things sell for thousands of pounds – i just want to see it go to a good home
As you can see i started the renovation, it is all disassembles and prepped ready for re-finishing. It was originally gloss black but there is no reason why you cannot change that if you wish. The mechanics of it all seem in very good working order, although you will obvious have to have it tuned etc.
needs collecting as it is rather large from keswick, cumbria, having said that it would fit into the back of a people carrier with the seats down and is lift able by two people, am happy to help with loading my end
