Tremulant for a pipe organ
For the uninitiated, a tremulant is a box Fixed to the side of a pipe-organ wind-trunk. Most organs will have one. By constantly opening and shutting (when the stop is drawn) the tremulant will produce a kind of vibrato on the wind supply – a wind wobbler!.This one is ready to go, removed this week from a working organ, and in good condition. It is on ELECTRIC ACTION, driven by a 12volt Lever-arm magnet
My details are on the final photo, should you wish to contact me with questions. I also have a number of ranks of pipes at the moment, so do feel free to call me if you have any requests for pipework.
The tremulant can be sent by carrier, at a cost of 20. Collection in person is probably better (depending on where you live)…..or it may be that on my organ travels I could liaise with a buyer at a convenient location to hand it over
If collecting, I live 5 minutes from Junction 24, M62, so quite easy to access.Just a footnote: I do get quite a few requests from private contacts outside Ebay. If one of these wants to buy any of my listed ranks of pipes or parts, I would take them off Ebay during a listing and sell them privately. Once a bid has been placed however, I will always leave the listing to run its course. The moral of the story? – If you want an item, place a bid on it sooner rather than at the last minute.
