Elegance JC-888 portable roll piano, some keys do not work. Condition is For parts or not working. Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
At the time of the listing, the following keys did not work at all – G#1 to D2 (7 keys). I also found that F#2 did not work very often.
The rest of the keys were working, and this does not affect the demo songs (see photo). They and the 100 sounds have a nice retro sound.
I noticed the black plastic clip at the C1 end is cracked, as pictured. It still stays on. Also the battery lid stays in place but not as firmly as it perhaps once did.
It works off 4 x AA batteries, not included. I have never had a mains adaptor for this. The box has been sellotaped in various places.
Sadly due to the non working 7 or 8 keys I have to sell this as spare parts or not working. It would suit somebody who may know how to fix the keys, or maybe an advanced technician/tweaker who wants to circuit bend the insides. Please note this is not my domain, I would have no idea where to start anyway!
