I bought this new around 1985! and it’s been very well looked after and maintained. It has spent most of it’s time in my front room attached to my M100 but since moving it’s been relocated in my garage with my other organs.
This is a great sounding Leslie and very close to my Leslie 770 but with less bass as the ElkaTone only has a 12″ speaker. I’ve checked the speeds with a strobe and they are very close to a 122 – see the table in the photos.
I have replaced the original 8 Ohm RCF horn driver with a Pyle Driver – specs for that are in the photos. This has a much sweeter mid/top end. The RCF sounded harsh in comparison. Will include the original RCF driver with sale. Lighter than a 760 and you can plug in your clone or guitar as it has 1/4 jack inputs. 100W output so its pretty loud!
Crossover as per 122/145/760 etc at 800Hz.
