ex Compton Cinema Organ Glockenspiel electro-pneumatic player mechanism. Condition is used, i.e. for parts or not working.
I do not need these, and it seems like vandalism simply to throw them away, so they are being offered here in the hope that someone may have a use for them. There are two units, one of 18 notes one of 19; between them, they played a Compton Glockenspiel. I will reuse the Glock bars, simply playing them by another system, hence my advertising their availability here.
I should note that there are currently three magnet tops missing from one unit, otherwise they are complete and would appear to be in ‘working order’. I have some more Compton magnet tops somewhere, just didn’t find them in time for the camera. I will endeavour to find these, though no promises (!), hence the ridiculously low starting price.
These would be very awkward to deliver, so collection please. I have lots more stuff to pass on, so an enthusiast might welcome the chance to see what I’ve got stored and not yet listed here!
