An extremely rare Knight Baby Grand piano presented in a butterfly walnut case.
An art deco 4 foot 2 inches piano manufactured in 1940 (serial number 4098)
Knight only made a few grand pianos until production stopped during the second world war. Post war Knight concentrated on the high demand for school upright pianos and their model K10 became the must-have piano for most schools and music services.
This piano plays really well and is particularly responsive for its age. Knight pianos were considered to be the finest made in the UK and were, and still are, highly desirable.
