This German Johann Kuhse is an example of German engineering at its best.
The case is beautiful and so very decorative. An absolutely stunning piece of furniture with beautiful turned legs . There is a small marking on the side but this certainly doesnt detract from the overall appearance.
A very prestigious piano company known as Ernst Kaps merged with another company, owned and founded by Johann Kuhse, whose piano manufacturing business was founded in Dresden in 1874. Both piano brands were manufactured alongside each other in Dresden manufacturing pianos of an exceptional standard.
The quality of sound is rich mellow bass and bright clear treble which makes this piano an incredible instrument to both play and listen to.
