For sale I have my circa 1890’s John Broadwood & Sons Boudoir Grand Piano in a polished dark brown. This exquisite piano features original 88 keys, excellent condition case with no sun damage, no cracks to soundboard. Only minor marks to the case, relative to the age of this piano.
Piano serial number 44966.
This piano is overstrung, creating a beautiful rich tone when played with a light touch. With large turned legs with brass casters and the iconic Broadwood detailed music desk this Piano will make a beautiful addition to any collection. Upon recent inspection the piano requires tuning and there are 3 keys which stick.
John Broadwood & Sons produced many pianos and are well known for their quality and produced from as early as 1728. A beautiful piano made by an illustrious British maker.
