John Broadwood Compact Grand Piano Manufactured by John Broadwood & Sons, London circa 1900. Classified as a Overstrung Quarter Grand by John Broadwood & Sons. The piano has been in our family ownership for many years; however, she is very rarely played and so we have decided its time to part with her. She does need tuning and does need some restoration work to make her pristine again. Some of the cabinet lacquer is in poor condition and a few tuning pins will need repairing/securing please see pictures. The sale also includes the piano stool shown in the picture. The serial number is 47031 and this can be checked on the John Broadwood website. The piano can be partially dismantled. The legs, pedals and various lids/covers do remove so she can be relocated, however the piano is very heavy and will require properly removal equipment, a strong team and a suitable vehicle.
