Possibly the worldsmost travelled Kawai CX-4S Piano, looking for a new permanent home.
Make: Kawai Made: Japan Model: CX-4S Year: 1985 Serial No.: 1626825 Note: Restored internally by a professional piano restorer in 2009. The polyester case was left untouched, as found.Sadly I have to sell my much loved CX-4S as I do not have enough space in my flat in London,and my neighbours are not fond of my musical genius.The piano was rescued from a bar on Oude Molestraat in The Hague, The Netherlands in 2009. She sat underneath a dart board and sadly was the victim of many a missed attempt at hitting the dart board, and her polyester case still shows the scars today. Once rescued she was restored internally, back to the wonderful sounding piano she was.In 2011 she moved to Chengdu, China with me where I was working, and then came with me to Houston, USA in 2014 before moving to London.She needs a good tune, and a loving home, but apart from that she is a fine sounding piano.The price reflects the scarring on the polyester case, and I would prefer this to go to a loving home where she will be used. Collection only (and 1.5 flights of stairs)
