Condition:We have owned this piano since new.  In general the materials/finish are in very good condition; you have to be looking really closely to find any very minor marks.  The sustain pedal has noticeable, but minor, surface wear from general use.
I have put a couple of videos on Youtube of the piano in action. The second video shows every note being played.Video 1 – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3NBE71Y54QVideo 2 – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tg8dtRqyjPo
All the notes work and produce a sound.  The “D” and “B” an octave below middle C often play slightly softer than the other notes.  It has had years of use so there is some very slight variance in the key spring mechanisms.[Once every three-four years a key may turn temperamental – this can be easily fixed in a few minutes by opening the lid, removing the key and clearing any dust from the sensor underneath (then replace the key and lid).  FYI To open the lid you must first unscrew the 3 larger gold screw at each end of the underside of the piano.]
After switching on the piano it needs a minute or so “warming-up” until the sustain pedal starts to work. “Warm it up” by continuing to play and using the pedal as you normally would and after 30sec-minute the pedal starts working fairly consistently. It helps if you’re firm with it.
