In excellent condition and sounds beautiful ! Preamp and tremelo and all pickups fully working. A couple of small repairs to tolex and only issue is the very bottom 3 keys are sticking and need adjustment . It has held its tuning well since last tuned about a year ago and pretty much concert pitch.These dont come up too often so grab a bargain compared to Yamaha CP prices.
It is local pickup from Steyning in West Sussex where you are welcome to come and try it. It is heavy but I may be able to help facilitate with the move but professional piano removal is best. If you do decide to collect yourself You will need a van and an extra pair of hands. If it is local or Brighton I could probably deliver for extra cost.
