The Kemble Klein is a collaboration between Kemble UK and Klein France.
It’s a real piano with a full iron frame and underdamped mechanism.
When new, this piano would cost around 2500.
It’s built to be used by professional musicians and makes an excellent portable stage piano, but could also be considered as a compact piano for home use.
The keyboard height is that of a regular piano, but the legs can be removed, and the pedal adjusted, for a lower playing height.
It previously belonged to a piano tutor, and was in perfect tune when I picked it up last year. The journey from Norfolk to London knocked it out, and I’m embarrassed to say I’ve never had it tuned since. I’m selling as I have two other pianos that I play regularly, and this one, although looking very pretty in the corner of my living room, hasn’t been played at all.
Seller will need to arrange collection from Walthamstow, E17.
