The Piano is an Overstrung Piano that is under damped making this the most desirable upright type of piano according to Bonners Musical Instrument Specialists.
Unfortunately due to circumstance and space requirements the much loved piano must go. Its Condition is Used and it will need re-tuning as it has not been played for two years.
