Kirkman Boudoir Grand PianoThis is my antique Kirkman boudoir grand piano made circa 1874 according to its serial number 16583. When I first bought this beautiful piano, as it has so much character, I thought it would be a good idea to restore the cabinet to its former glory. So at the time it was re-finished in satin black but the delicate carvings can still be seen around the case. Although I never got round to restore the action on the piano, I spent 3,500.00 restoring the cabinet. This rather unique grand piano retains all its original keys which are all in perfect condition. If you are looking for an instrument with some soul, a nice mellow sound not to mention a very eye catching piece of furniture then this is your opportunity.This type of piano is a rarity so its an ideal opportunity to own something very unique and is overall, a great looking piano.The only reason why I am selling is because I recently moved houses and it will not fit in my new living room.
