Kirkman of London dark brown upright piano. This instrument was probably made in the 1930’s and is in sound playing condition although naturally for something of this age, its got a few small scratches on the woodwork and would most likely require re-tuning. The buyer would have to arrange collection and transport for this piano which is located on the lower ground floor of a split level semi-detached house. There is one flight of stairs to negotiate, consisting of seven steps. Access out of the front door consists of one step to a pathway that leads to a drive.
