Knight K6 upright overstrung piano
Considered by many to have been the finest British-made upright with its unique Steinway frame heritage. Very compact overstrung size, approx 110cm tall making it perfect for a smaller room.
Strong bass, bright upper range. Very stable when tuned. Light action. Well-maintained with most of the return tapes replaced, hammers all clean and free from fras. Used from beginner and served well through Grade 8, diploma and Uni./music college. Wonderful beginner instrument.
Serial number 2283 -1938.
Well looked after in the 35 years I’ve had it. Mahogany case, few marks but in very good and atractive condition.
Genuine reason for sale. Listed with a bargain starting price. Will need a proper piano removal company because it’s extremely heavy – far heavier than a typical upright.
Will include, if required, excellent condition adjustable height piano stool.
