You are bidding on a rare Kurzweil K2600 76-note Synthesizer the ultimate 90s synth and sequencer. If you are looking at this synthesizer, Im assuming that you already know how awesome it is. This keyboard is full of classic 90s and 00s sounds still used by anyone from Stevie Wonder and Billy Joel to Jordan Rudess and Incubus. Hugely functional and programmable synth with brilliant sounds This particular keyboard has the Piano ROM installed (programs 739 787). It also has an internal 2Gb hard-drive and the floppy drive has been replaced with a Gotek USB drive. The unit has 483Kb of RAM, plus 12Mb of sample memory. Note that this unit does not have the sampling option but can play samples created elsewhere in a number of formats (see below). OS version is V3.00. Note that this keyboard has KDFX as standard. I have included the Musicians Guide, which is the only manual I have. That said, the other manuals are readily available on the internet. Dimensions: 122cm x 45cm x 12cm and the weight is 25.2kgs. The keyboard is 76 full-size notes. Note that this unit does not have the 88-note fully-weighted keyboard. Kurzweil call it semi-weighted but, tbh, it just feels like a non-weighted keyboard to me. When I bought it, several years back, both endcheeks were broken and I had to replace them with the dark purple versions (see photos). It also came with a very old gig bag, which Ive included for a bit of additional protection while shipping.
