I am selling a very high quality Kurzweil PC3x 88 weighted key workstation that is in excellent condition. Kurzweil is known for making keyboards which sound amazing, and the PC3x is a perfect example of this. This workstation is perfect for any style of music composition including Pop, Rock, House, EDM, Trance, Hip Hop, Rhythm and Blues, Film scores, Video game scores or pretty much any style of music you can think of.
The workstation will be shipped in it’s original box, including styrofoam support molds and plastic covering. Also included with the workstation is the original manual, power cable (North America electrical standard plug), Sustain pedal, USB cable and a boxed (sealed) xD data card to backup and save your work. The included KORE 64 ROM expansion module is already installed and loads within seconds upon system boot up. I have treated this workstation with the utmost respect and admiration. It has been lightly used in a smoke free environment and it is in close to pristine condition. It works and looks like a new workstation and whoever gets it, will make beautiful music with it. It truly is a special instrument and the the Kurzweil brand is used regularly by such piano masters as Billy Joel, Elton John, Stevie Wonder and Alicia Keys for one simple reason- everything Kurzweil produces sounds amazing…and the PC3x is just another example of their synth design paradigm.
*****KORE 64*****- adds 50 new setups, over 200 new drum grooves, 72 new drum kits and over 100 new sound programs including, legendary electric guitar modeling, brass and woodwinds. Music style sounds covered include Dubstep, House, Trance, Glitch, Hip Hop and the new drum kits include full cymbal arrays. To put this into perspective the new drum sounds have 10 times the samples and 30 times the amount of data of the bare-bones PC3 and PC3K workstations. All drum kits work with the sliders on the PC3x panel so you can mix the kick, snare, hats, toms and percussion separately. There are so many excellent drum and percussive sounds and you will love them. The 50 new setups include are designed for real-time control such as beat-sync modulations and envelope control. Included with the new synth sounds are beautiful atmospheric and cycling pads voiced for performing, producing and scoring. KORE 64 pushes an already powerful synth into incredible sonic territory.
