I purchased this adaptor in the USA and I have no information on its provenance other than it works fine.
It fits in the 11 pin Leslie lead and enables two channel organs to be used with a single channel Leslie.
Effectively Pin 1 (the rotary channel) of the Leslie is connected to Pins 1 and 2 ( the stationary channel) from the organ, via a resistive matrix built into the connector.
