Leslie Speaker Horn And Driver in good condition for the age.
From a 760 Leslie but should be fine with:
122, 145, 815, 820, 710, 715, 720 etc.
Getting rare so worth buying as a backup.
Please note that this is 30 or 40 years old and so no guarantee is given for the life of the driver etc though I’m sure everything is fine.
