FOR SALE – Petrof MOD.V. numero di serie 78051
We have for sale the Petrof Model V Baby Grand Piano – Mod V
number 78051 – last owner famous Maestro Colin Horsley.
This is a magnificient instrument with the name and history.
The piano is connected to 2 famous people – the famous Italian pianist Michelangeli and the second owner was Maestro Colin Horsley the world famous pianist from the UK.
The piano is in great shape, it shows its age and needs some work to it and it has a lovely presence and history.
I have contacted the Petrof agents for their written evidence that the piano was Michelangeli’s first. Waiting for their feedback.
This is a genuine sale of the great instrument that used to belong to the famous person.
There are several pictures, signature and the letter statement that confirms that the piano was at the appartment that Colin Horsley has owned.

Colin was part of our family and this is me filming him playing his Steinway at his home “Belmont” on the Isle of Man.

Alassio was his favourite holiday place where he also would come to prepare for his concerts. The picture shows Colin in his apartment enjoying the sunshine in 1968. The picture is from the private collection of my dad.
To include with the piano :
1. the original invoice dated to 1970 with Colin’s writing on it.
2. His travel badge with his handwritten home address in England.
3. copy of picture from the family archive
