Quite tatty, scratched & faded but all notes play, although some sound a bit flat & a couple tend to stick. I assume it’s also out of tune.
I don’t play myself so I can’t tell you very much, other than it hasn’t been used in anger for about 8-9 years. I will try to answer any questions you may have, bearing in mind I’m not a musician.
The music stand doesn’t look correct & hangs from a couple of fabric straps.
There is a “piano saver” behind the lower cover with lead which used to work when last used.
No buy it now but you are welcome to look before bidding, with an expert if desired, to make sure it’s serviceable.
Collection only within a week of auction end from the village of Northiam, near Rye in East Sussex. I will be able to assist loading & can be fairly flexible regarding collection day & time.
Please don’t bid if you’re unable to organise collection. It may seem obvious but I’ve recently had a spate of excuses, sob stories, or just plain silence after selling large items on Ebay. Just paying the 5, or whatever it makes, doesn’t make it okay not to collect!
