Chappell Overstrung Upright Piano
Excellent condition – this full size upright piano has been tuned regularly every 6 months and well maintained by Alan Masheter (Blackburn), our piano tuner who is responsible for tuning & maintaining the pianos at Stoneyhurst College, Lancs.
I purchased this piano from Alan a few years ago knowing the care he had given it over the years and it has served me well. Excellent condition inside,very well cared for. Previously it was owned by one of his former customers who sadly passed away but had looked after the piano very well.
You are welcome to come and inspect the piano for yourself and I can play it for you if you so wish. It has two pedals.
This piano is physically very well kept and aesthetically pleasing. Beyond that (and more importantly), the sound it produces is phenomenal and is one of my favourite pianos to play Chopin on. Unfortunately my living room is relatively small and so I’ve never been able to experience this piano in a wider space, but I have full confidence it would live up to my expectations.
