Petrof 116 Upright Piano An excellent quality upright piano made in 1996 in Czech Republic by the renowned Petrof company. Fully checked and serviced inside and out, this is a stunning looking and sounding piano – great for beginners up to professional pianists who are limited for space. Due to the quality of craftsmanship and advanced design features (e.g. the agrafes for each note, usually found only on grand pianos) Petrofs are very highly regarded for their tonal quality and rightly so.

Tone and tuning
This piano has a lovely rich and warm tone with great balance between brightness and warmth, and a big dynamic range. Great sounding bass (especially for an instrument of this size) and the treble is wonderfully clear and bell like without any harshness. It has just been tuned to concert pitch (A=440). This piano has a 3rd pedal which significantly drops the volume for quiet practice.
Keyboard and action
The full 88 note keyboard is in excellent condition and the action has just been regulated so plays smoothly across the whole keyboard.
Hammers and strings
Hardly any wear at all in the hammers – has certainly not been played heavily but has been regularly tuned and maintained through the years.

Excellent condition, no cracks or splits
Case
In excellent condition with no damage at all but some slight sun fading as seen in photos. This is a lovely looking instrument and will complement virtually any decor. Double duet piano stool with storage included.
